Sajini was honoured with the prestigious Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Award for Excellence 2024–25 and the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence (30th Cycle, Distinguished Student Category). Recognized by India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records, Arabian World Records, Camel International Award, and World Book of Records for writing the maximum number of books as a child, she also received the 'Novel of the Year 2023' by StoriesByChildren for Pearl’s Adventures: The Arctic Homecoming.

She shares original poems and stories on her YouTube channel, @varadharajansajini9852. Featured in many Newspapers and Channels such as Asia Live Online, SAMAA TV and more, Sajini’s accolades include the International Star Kids Achiever Award and the Young Author Award by World Talent Hunt. Her book launches have drawn wide attention, including one held under the patronage of Hon. Education Minister of Tamil Nadu.
